                             Thank you for sharing.  I'm not sure what to do.  I decide and then do the opposite.  I guess I'm in a state of confusion.  I'm supposed to express these concerns.  I wanted to during the Yankee - Angels game last night.  But first the 6ft7 star pitcher Weaver got hurt in the first or second inning.  Then Swisher and Granderson collided in the outfield.  Then Texeira hit a homer.  The score was always close.  I went to bed at midnight and the California game was still not over.  There are no fat ladies in LA to sing.  So I guess it never got over.  It was not the time to confide my worries.  I forgot the Cardinal Rule of Life:  There is nothing more important than baseball.
UPDATE:  TRUMBO HIT A HOME RUN IN THE NINTH AND THE YANKEES LOST.

OPEN SEASON ON BLACK PEOPLE

                   Randy Jackson was on Chelsea Lately(Handler) to promote the finale of the 2012 American Idol.  Chelsea joked that he was in the dressing room putting on his black face.  He gave her a quick look but didn't react.  Would she say that to the President,his wife or his children?  I'm sure Chelsea was in her dressing room before the show getting a few botox injections and probably a little oxycontin or valium too.
                    The FOX Idol finale was atrocious.  Joshua Ledet had been eliminated by the powers that be.  Some great white hope from Georgia whose father has a gun on his hip in his pawn shop had beaten him. They wouldn't let the Filipino/American singer Jessica Sanchez show any soul.  It was white bread entertainment.  Phillip Phillips mumbled and jumbled a few songs.  Randy Jackson fresh from being insulted for his color on Chelsea Lately praised this bland music and expressed no regrets that his fellow Louisiana Soul Man Joshua Ledet wasn't belting out Stand By Me instead.

                         Stand Your Ground is the white man's motto with a gun in hand.  It's the FOX mantra.  So  warn your Black  teenagers to turn the other cheek like Randy Jackson did with Chelsea Handler if they want to survive in the USA.  It's Open Season ,so duck fast.

Currents

                        I flowed along with the currents in the Atlantic Ocean yesterday.  It was my first time in the salt water this year.  The water in Central Florida is now 78 degrees.  I was in a tidal pool about 3 feet deep next to the shore hoping it wasn't a rip tide that I was swimming sideways in.  There was only one umbrella on the 24 mile long unspoiled beach in the Canaveral National Seashore.  It was our free ticket to paradise after a 11 mile drive from Titusville through the National Wildlife Refuge to the  National Seashore next to the Kennedy Space Center.  A private industry Space X Falcon rocket had blasted off from the Canaveral Air Station successfully at 3:44 in the morning.  Its Dragon capsule with 300 peoples' ashes aboard including Gordon Cooper,the astronaut on board will dock with the International Space Station in a day or two.

                            One small step for Musk,the Space X owner formerly of  PAYPAL and one big step for 300 dead people whose ashes will circle the earth for one year and then float out into space.  That's how you raise private equity.  What about the millions of Americans whose tax money is also funding Space X's rockets?   Where's our ticket to ride into space-WANTED DEAD OR ALIVE?

           I slept until 9 am.  Now my horoscope says:  Don't  be afraid to daydream. So we're going to the beach-Playalinda where el condor crespa la playa.   Actually it's pelicans who practically scrape the sand dune as they fly by Playalinda Beach on the Cape Canaveral National Seashore near Titusville,Florida.

          Playalinda Beach has 11 or more parking lots and entrances over the sand dunes.  The end beaches are popular with nudists and gay men.    Public nudity is against the law in Brevard County.  So is walking on the 24 mile long sand dune and bringing glass to the beach.

Enchanted Forest

                          Before you sign in at the Enchanted Forest County Park in Titusville,Florida, you are greeted by the resident spider in the middle of his web at the entrance.  You missed the resident gopher tortoise who hides in a drainage pipe in the parking lot.  Sometimes when you leave, he'll even be under your car to get a little shade.  next you;ll see me sitting by the Butterfly Garden in their resident rocking chair.  Inside the large building, there are exhibits about nature and a gift shop.  The Tortoise Loop Trail,Biodiversity Trail and Hammock Trail among others provide a walk the forest with its hanging vines, Sawtooth Palmettos and Bent Oaks.  Returning to the visitors center, you are in full sun on the Scrub Pine Trail.
                            The forest is enchanted with winding walkways through shady trails.  The greenery is dense and refreshing in the hammocks.  Most hammocks have been dug up in Florida to create shopping centers and housing developments.  The Enchanted Forest gives you a window on real Florida.  There are numerous Coquina Rocks in the park.  A canal was dug through the woods early in the Twentieth Cenntury to irrigate orange groves.  But it never worked because the Coquina rock ridges hindered excavation of the canal.  
                          

WORK METHODICALLY FOR THE NEXT FEW MONTHS

                  There's method in her madness.  I forge on with a clear plan.  What is it MacDuff?  I walked on the golf course at dawn.  I'm tempted to sell this home too.  Oy vey!  now I'm flying to Boston and not NY.  I hope for June 5th.  Then we'll drive from Cape Cod to NY.  Margaret wants to see Mary Poppins on the 22nd..  It's the day before her 62nd  birthday.   I called my older sister three times with no response.   HMMMM!  Bill has calmed down but he's still a pedantic twit while I pay all the bills.
                      It's summer.  It's not a time for method but madness.  Swimming,hot dogs and root beer.   Bring back those crazy, hazy,lazy days of summer.   i went to the beach yesterday.  I felt a hot flash when I went over the bridge.  But I forged on and made it over.  I put my top down.  It was 10 or 11 but already oppressively hot.  I decided I must be dehydrated so I drank any liquids that I had in the car. 
                       With the top down, I drove the six miles to the Playalinda Beach. It was gray and mild at the ocean.  It is truly una playa linda with 24 miles of unspoiled sand dunes and beaches.  On the way back, I stopped at he Visitors Center for water.  Inside the rangers had set up a spotting scope focused on the ossprey nest  on a high pole platform on the far side of hte pond.  You could see the large mother and 3 babies clearly.

                         So fainting or not it was worth the trip.  I made it home and ate a pastrami sandwich and went in my pool.  Actually I went tot the super market first.   Today in my methodical new way is the banks, eye glasses,podiatrist and  beyond.  i went inmy pool twic yesterday.  I need a bathing cap.  I haven't put my hair in yet.  

CHICKEN SOUP WITH RICE

"WHEN MY ROSES START TO DROOP,I PEP THEM UP WITH CHICKEN SOUP." SO SAYS MAURICE SENDAK.  The author of the "WHERE THE WILD THINGS ARE" and "CHICKEN SOUP WITH RICE" died yesterday.  Mauric Sendak wrote and illustrated his own picture books.  I used them often in teaching elementary school.  One year I did a "Chicken Soup with Rice" play on stage with the students.

I'll have to remember chicken soup when I start to droop.   Going once, Going twice.  Love that chicken soup with rice.

I crashed this ca r in NYC just after I bought it.  I went to the hospital and had a few stitches in the back of my head;  With blood stains on my dress I went and took two Teachers College Columbia University French Masters Degree exams.

                                      Before you say goodbye.  I'm out of here soon .  I'm off to NYC. Then Westchester,Boston and Cape Cod.   Everyone is getting their Irish up and freaking out.  Stay strong.

EVERYONE WENT TO THE FAIR

                         All the night owls in Titusville,Florida were at the Sand Point Park Fair on Saturday.  The Super Full Moon shone on the brightly colored Ferris Wheel and other amusement park rides at the fair on the shores of the Indian River.  Country music blasted from the stage.  At Paul's Smokehouse on the river on the south side of town a few people waited for the Super Moon to rise.  It was a clear night but a slight purple haze hugged Merritt Island across the Indian River as the largest and brightest moon this year rose faintly over the horizon.  In the restored downtown two plays were playing on the stages of the Titusville Playhouse. "Urintetown,The Musical" was full of satiric dialogue and songs sung by superb voices.  Upstairs on Emma's Attic's small stage, "Two Gentlrmen from Verona" was being performed as a Bro Romance set in Florida.   All the good ol' boys were rolling on the river in the dark on the alligator lined dirt roads of the National Wildlife Refuge.  "Support Wildlife-Throw A Party" was their motto as they downed a six pack of beer.

ATLAS BLASTED OFF FROM THE CANAVERAL AIR STATION RIGHT ON SCHEDULE ON FRIDAY,MAY 4,2012

                              THE PRIEST WAS BACK ON FRIDAY TO SEE THE ATLAS ROCKET LAUNCH CARRYING A MILITARY COMMUNICATIONS SATELLITE.  PERHAPS HE HAD PRAYED THAT THIS TIME AS HE STOOD IN THE BLAZING SUN ON THE SHORE OF THE INDIAN RIVER IN PAUL'S SMOKEHOUSE PARKING LOT ACROSS FROM THE KENNEDY SPACE CENTER VEHICLE  ASSEMBLY BUILDING THAT THE ATLAS ROCKET LAUNCH WOULD BE A GO.  THE PASTOR'S PRAYERS WERE ANSWERED AND THE ROCKET BLASTED OFF SOUTH OF THE MASSIVE VAB ON MERRITT ISLAND JUST AFTER THE LAUNCH WINDOW OPENED AT 2:42 PM.

                        TEN OR TWENTY PEOPLE STOOD IN PAUL'S SMOKEHOUSE PARKING LOT AND WITNESSED THE EXPLOSION ACROSS THE RIVER AND THE RED FIRE BALL ASCEND INTO THE BLUE FLORIDA SKY.  A LITTLE LATER THE RUMBLE OF THE ROCKET LAUNCH CAME ACROSS THE RIVER AND COULD BE HEARD LOUD AND CLEAR ON THE  TITUSVILLE SHORE.  EVERYONE GOT BACK IN THEIR CARS AND TURNED ON THE RADIO.  THEY ALL LEFT THE PAUL'S PARKING LOT WITH PEGGY LEE SINGING ON THEIR RADIOS:  "IS THAT ALL THERE IS?"  YES AND IT'S A BLAST.

ATLAS SHRUGGED

     The priest left first when the Atlas Rocket didn't launch after it's first ten minute delay.  Next after a half hour at 3:00 the man whose two brothers and uncle had worked in the space program and now were all dead left to watch it at home if it did ever blast off during the two hour launch window. He associated launches with his dead brothers.  One worked at the Kennedy Space Center and the other had helped create the moon rovers in Pasadena.California.  He was the only one left now.  His wife had died in a nursing home In New Hampshire a year and a half ago.    The motorcyclist from Daytona left at 3:15 and would bike back down tomorrow if it is postponed until then.  His wife was out of town so he could do what he wants.  At 3:30 the skydivers from Montana told us that the Atlas rocket form the Canaveral Air Station across the Indian River  from Paul' Smokehouse in Titusville,Florida had been scrubbed until tomorrow.  So we all left Paul' Smokehouse parking lot before he opened at 4pm and vowed to return tomorrow afternoon to see the military satellite used to detect nuclear facilities launched on the Atlas rocket positoned across the river at the launch pad south of the Kennedy Space Center's massive Vehicle Assembly Building.  Then there were none.  So Atlas shrugged and said:  "Come back tomorrow.  It will be a blast."

WAITING FOR THE ATLAS ROCKET BLAST AND SPACE X NEXT WEEK

                              An Atlas Rocket will launch from Cape Canaveral Air Station today across the river from Titusville today at 2:46 pm.  I always go and photograph them.  Too bad Paul's Smokehouse is not open.  It doesn't open until 4.  Actually the launch window starts at 2:46 and lasts two hours.  So Paul's might be open and I could be in air conditioned comfort.  I ate there last night.  I had mango salsa haddock and fabulous coconut cream pie as I sat right next to the Indian River in Titusville,Florida.  Across the river you could see theNational Wildlife Refuge and the Kennedy Space Center complex.  The Space X rocket has been postponed for Monday.  More computer coordination is needed with NASA.  It may now blast off on Thursday,May 10,2012 just south of the  massive Vehicle Asembly Building  and Launch Pads at the Canaveral Air Station launch pads. There are still rockets galore in Titusville even after the end of the 20 year Space Shuttle program.  

NOTHING

     So today is nothing.  Tomorrow the Moon is in my sign so all will be fine.  Virgo and Gemini are giving me trouble today.  Tell me about it.

I COULDN'T SLEEP A WINK LAST NIGHT

I was tossing and turning all night.  I woke up turned on the light.  I looked at the clock it was the ;middle of the night.  The clock downstairs stuck four, my husband started to snore but I was tossing and turning all night.  You need 7 hours or more of sleep.  I got 5.  I only fell asleep because I ate a banana and put on some Ben Gay  to stop my restless leg syndrome.

To sleep per chance to dream/.  I had alow blood sugar a few times yesterday even though I ate breakfast,kunch and dinner.  But sweets seemed to trigger a surge.  I have to eat every two hours or else.  ridiculous to be this weak.. Hypoglycemia is my only diagnosis +Plavix.  Of course I rarely take the Plavix.  I think I may have run out.  Hmmmm.

I cancelled my trip to China.  It will be hot and I'm too weak.  It is the last week for the tour which goes to the Great Wall, a tea farm and Shanghai and Beigning.  I think monsoons mus tcome next because there are no tours for months. 

I didn't go in my pool and it was 86 for a high yesterday.
